In our jobs survey 28.6% of people working in Qatar said they had qualifications below the level of a degree. Whether you need a degree depends on what job you want to get. No-one expects a driver or an electrician to have a degree, but with huge competition it is unlikely you are going to get the best jobs without having excellent qualifications. As always, do your research. You should know your industry better than anyone outside. Contact companies, check out websites and ask on specialist forums.
