SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:- I have been working in the Oil & Gas, Cement Plant and Power Plant construction since 2004, where I have built up an extensive knowledge and understanding of the construction industry over this time. I have worked in the INDIA and GULF (UAE, QATAR AND OMAN) as well as overseas on long and short-term projects employed as a Rigging Supervisor where my job was to installation of all types of light & heavy lifts and Scaffolding. Approximate 06 years in heavy engineering and construction, both on and offshore & onshore. Experienced in, but not limited to, petrochemical, power generation, mining, communication tower erection, cement plant, power plant, shutdowns, and harbors works, offshore and general construction. Specific areas include, steel erection, scaffolding, mechanical and pipe installation, heavy lifting. During this time I have held various positions, ranging from worker to supervisor. I have worked in various overseas locations for the last 06 years and have supervised both expect and national staff. Some of my previous positions have entailed the Rigger Supervisor of all rigging/steel erection/scaffolding activities onsite. This has amounted to over 100 cranes and 450 men on occasions. I have extensive experience with the safe set up and operation of heavy duty cranes and winches, for both single and multi crane lifts, and I am familiar with all rigging and scaffolding equipment, standards and regulations. Bombings in Mindanao particularly in North Cotabato became a norm when terrorists groups got into the picture. Because of national security needs I, then, trained Explosive Detection Dogs for military and police use. I am proud to say that two (2) of the EDD that I have trained are now used in four (4) local municipalities of North Cotabato. Presently, I am training Narcotics Detection Dogs for the Municipal Police Station of Mlang Cotabato and training four (4) police auxiliary men for dog handling. My mentor were from the Philippine Air Force K9 Trainer/Handler 1Sgt. Roy Dacapio and Master Instructor MSgt. Leonardo Narag of the Armed Forces of the Philippines K9. I had my introductory trainings with Sgt Dacapio in dog training and EDD handling. Later, MSgt. Narag done most of my training particularly on parcel/baggage search, building search, vehicular search and ground search. He is also responsible for my evaluation in terms of Dog and Handler performance before we were deployed. It has been my desire to work at Qater petroleum, i was interviewed in the Philippines and I know my application was acccepted, but since then i never hear anything from my agency, i am still lookin gforward to work at QT, currently , i am employed as a Security Training Manager here in the Marshall islands.
