Congratulations on your newsletters.
I have been getting newsletters for last 2 months. Maybe you have covered this topic prior, apologies if you have. My suggestion / Question is:-
I relaise that the majority of CV's and Applications go through a filtering process by electronic means before reaching human eyes. Would it be possible, in the simplest terms, to explain the manner this filtering takes place and the identifyers (words) that the e-filter understand as positive and negative. No I am not a spring rooster on the job market. It appears to this old bird that what used to, and I believe still does, catch the eye of the recruiter, does not get your document past the e-filtering system. I hope you understand what I am saying.
